As expect from a brand like ON, the quality of this supplement is top notch. The powder mixes instantly and the flavor is REALLY GOOD. I got the Mango lemonade and it is super tasty and doesn't have a aftertaste. My only gripe with this product is the potency. It's got a decent bit of BCAAs per scoop but not a lot of caffeine and collagen. I like to have more than 100mg of caffeine in the morning but I do not wanna have to take more than 2 scoops of this. If you have a low tolerance, then this product will be perfect for you!
