While working hard in the backyard or lifting weights this a good source of getting electrolytes along with some water for hydration. Too many brands out there that are set up as pre-work out drinks. They all seem too sweet and finding I had to delute quite a bit. This one tastes good yet not too overpowering.Great tasting way to add some essential and nonessential branched chain amino acids to your diet. Mixes quick, tastes great, and zero complaints. The only thing I would add is that as you get to the bottom do you wanna shake it around a little bit otherwise it gets gritty.Amino Evolved is a great product with the right amount of BCAA’s for maximum muscle growth. I’ve tried so many other products in this yield the best results I have noticed. The owner of the company used to be a former bodybuilder, huge mass monster very well-known very smart guy so I trust his product.I wish I took the time to think about the flavor before I ordered this product.
