I'm old and I don't work out.This supplement is great for me because when I do get into demanding jobs that leave me with muscle stiffness and soreness, I can take this (I usually take it at bedtime) and feel it spreading throughout my body right after I take it. I wake up the next day with mild stiffness that easily works out and almost no soreness. I think of it as taking it and then being reminded gently of how hard I worked the prior dayWhen I don't take it the same day after demanding work exercise, my muscles get really stiff and sore, with lessening effects over the next 2-3 days. I think of it as not taking it and being sometimes so stiff and pained that I can hardly move.I imagine that this is the same for body builders.Older guys beware, this supplement triggers an increase in BPH so you could have trouble peeing if you don't take a supplement to help with that.
