I don't like the powders but taking (8) capsules per serving seems a bit much. Might want to mention it's 30-servings rather than 240-capsules at 8-per serving.Easy to swallowProduct works well.This is my second time ordering this product but the first time ordering it from this company. When the product arrived to me, the safety seal had been removed. As a result, I did not feel comfortable consuming the pills and started the process of returning the product. I received an email regarding my experience as I do with all my Amazon orders. I responded exactly as stated above. Chantelle with OHO called me twice and left two messages. She immediately apologized and offered to correct the matter. In her second voicemail, she advised me that she would be sending me out a new bottle immediately via express mail with a return label to return my previously purchased bottle. Needless to say, I was very impressed. By the time I was able to return her call today, she had already mailed the product to me. This may seem small to many of you but customer service means everything to me. I will definitely order from this company again as it is clear to me they value their customers. This product does what it is designed to do. Thank you Chantelle and OHO!I am not a very picky person when it comes to nutrition. Nutrition is nutrition, its all about the health benefits. This time, I cannot let this one pass. I got the "unflavored" BCAA supplement so I can mix it into anything and wouldn't know its there. Boy was I wrong. Unflavored to me means, taste like nothing. Well, this tastes like something ... BITTER. That's what it taste like. It will ruin just about anything you mix it in. It is horrible. I mixed it in with an electrolyte powder mix that has a nice taste and it ruined it.I don't know if it works, maybe it does, but do not call this "unflavored". Its not even tart, its BITTER. Absolute garbage in the taste department. Its suppose to taste like nothing. Oh it taste like something.YOU NEED A SHAKER FOR THIS OR YOU WILL GET CLUMPS IF MIXING WITH A SPOON!If it is broken down enough, the bitterness goes down a bit but still rough, even with a sugared drink!It took a few times of mixing this with my preworkout to get used to the “taste,” but after that, I didn’t even notice any aftertaste (even though it’s unflavored, there’s definitely a sour taste). I’ve noticed a big difference after my workouts while taking this. My body doesn’t hurt, and my muscles aren’t sore. Really great value for the price. Just ordered another tub because I can’t imagine my workouts without this now!I heard a lot about BCAAs about recovery time and such, I was skeptical but I use Muscle Pharm products for my EFAs and some other things so I gave them ago. They are legit, my recovery time is faster and I am not sore like I would expect. You have to take a ton 8 pills per dose and they are big, which is rough. I take 4 about 30 minutes before my workout and 4 after. So understand this giant bottle is only 30 doses but they work.I've been using this for about a year now, and been though several of them. I have no way to isolate this products performance, but I I feel it is working as intended. I see gains where before I was flat. Also, I ride MTB almost daily and the days I don't power up with this before a ride, I notice.Some people mention the taste, it's tolerable, but I like to mix a super drink of BCAA, Zipfizz and Himalayan Salt, the Zipfizz masks the BCAA. I recommend this product.I consume these 4 before and 4 after a workout to insure that I am getting adequate BCAA's. I have started a new routine in the gym that requires a quick recovery time, so I am giving this with ON Glutamine a try. I have also included creatine as well. I know that performance increases are noticeable with the use of creatine; however, I have never tried BCAA's and Glutamine. I have noticed strength increases as well as weight gain. (remember if your diet is garbage it doesn't matter what supplements you take if your a true hard gainer, you won't gain anything). I need more time to evaluate these supplements to determine if they are truly effective. I will keep the reviews updated.Good brand and added to a stable diet and exercise plan these are a good supplement additionThis is the first time I've actually used a BCAA supplement. It has help me with my workouts especially on my heavy lifting days. I drink 1 serving which is 2 scoops with water in the morning with my breakfast i also take it throughout my workout and then lastly another serving before bed.The results: no soreness and nice gains in lean muscle mass,although the unflavored powder does have a strange smell and can be hard to stomach at times. For the price and amount of ingredients in here compared to other BCAA supplements it is worth a try.Took these as directed. At 8 caps per serving they don't lady long and I can't day I noticed a great deal of change in body composition when taken as part of my regular exercise routine, possibly you need to continue taking these for more than a month to see the benefits. I'll give it a miss next time though.The only downfall is very bitter taste. Quality is good. I drink it with freshly squeezed lemon. Works better!I was looking for something to help me recover faster from training (something other than steroids) and this product did deliver. Well packed and good delivery time. Not as many capsules or serving as others but offers more amino acids per serving than other BCAAs
