First off, bcaa's taste bitter and nasty by nature. You have two options. Buy them pure and unflavored and sweeten and flavor on your own and save $$$, or you can let companies do it favor and spend a lot more. If you complain about the taste of buyjng unflavored, you're just clueless and didn't do the most basic of research.I don't tolerate sucralose at all and that eliminates 95% of the flavored stuff out there. Plus it's just so expensive, I don't see the point. You pay twice as much for half the product and some flavors are just OK at best or overly sweet.I also got tired of paying for pre-workouts and such. I do subscribe and save for crystal light pure powders and get liquid iv powders at Costco. It's amazing how staying hydrated can make a difference in your energy levels. Sleep and hydration can do more than all the crap in PWO's.And for the person that said this small zip loc lunch bag doesn't have instructions didn't look at the back of the bag. They're on there and are fairly clear. Instead of using teaspoons and such, I just keep old scoops from previous products and actually use the old containers (hair dryer to the label takes them right off and a label maker tells me what's in there). So for me, the scoop of bcaa's, a packet of crystal light pure energy and half a packet of liquid iv does the trick for me. And I'll bring the half packet of liquid iv and add it when I'm halfway through my 32 oz cup and fill it back up with water. But you can use whatever you want to flavor/sweeten. Gatorade, kool-aid, crystal light and so on. If you need a little extra sweetness, I like lakanto golden monkfruit. Great for sweetening iced tea if you're avoiding sugar. Why I like this stuff? Plant based fermented bcaa's. Cheap. Eco friendly packaging. I will say I don't think it mixes as easily as they state, but I haven't found one yet that has. So a little extra stirring early. And I'll stir some more as I go with the straw. Is what it is.
