I love this product, I have used it consistently for years. The Grape and Juicy Strawberry are my two go-to flavors. 50mg of caffeine per scoop and I can easily tailor my dosage around the days’ workout. Blends well with the recommended amount of water but also will add it to 24 ounces and sip it through the workout and it carries me well with a nice consistent energy level. No crash afterwards. I use it mostly for weight lifting.My sole reason for the three star rating is that we have received several containers where the internal white seal had been removed and the external seal lacked the ON logo. This usually doesn't happen if you get it direct from Optimum Nutrition store. It has happened twice with an amazon fulfillment store. A few times with others. So either someone sold used returned products, or someone opened and possibly tampered with it. (These seals are here for a reason!!) So buyer beware. Even though we have gotten several that have been previously opened I continue to try to purchase this product from ON because I like it so much. Give it a try and maybe find a local store you can support so you know you are getting one that hasn't been opened. It’s great if you can be sure you get what you pay for.
