I was looking for a caffeine-free product that I could use for both pre-workout and whenever I needed a boost of extra focus (let's face it, Tiktok and Instagram are super distracting). I found Flow State to work really well - none of the caffeine jitters, but helped put me into a solid mental state to crank out a bunch of work. Has a pleasant lemony taste that was refreshing. I was a little surprised at how small the packet was when I received it, but once I took my first couple of doses, I could see how this would last - you really don't need very much at all each time, and the effects really justify the cost. Highly recommend!I have been taking Promix to supplement my exercise and diet regime. It's a great value in bulk for grass fed clean protein powder. However these packets are just not cutting it for me. The powder sticks to the inside of the tube so that in order to get most of it out, I end up spilling powder all over the place. I would say that 15% of the total powder mass ends up being wasted because it either spills or sticks to the package. It's not an efficient delivery system. That said, quality product and I will keep buying the bulk Promix powder for sure.I am fairly impressed with this caffeine-free mix . I have had to do a few in-person presentations in the past few weeks, and this really helped me focus and concentrate during the presentation. I get very nervous for presentations, and usually my brain goes blank at some point during the presentation...which makes me more nervous. However, when I took this prior to the presentation, I did not experience any lapses in concentration. I felt motivated and focused during the talk. I have also taken this prior to workouts, and it helps with motivation and staying focused during harder workouts. I didn't even miss the caffeine! With respect to taste, it tastes reasonably good; it is quite sweet and tastes somewhat like lemonade. I add more water than recommended so that it is not quite as sweet. It also mixes very easily if you just stir the mix with water using a fork or spoon. The one issue I have with this product is the price $60 for 30 servings is quite expensive, even if it does work. I'll use the rest of the bag and then debate whether it is worth ordering again. Not a drastic energy uplift but a nice entry into the flowverse I'd say. It tastes pretty alright but delivers a nice flow feel after a bit, not bad!We felt the flavor on this was not bad. We ordered this because of the L-Tyrosine to help with thyroid issues. It's too soon to tell if it's done what we hoped, but we found it reasonably palatable. This drink mix touts its ability to enhance your creativity, focus and productivity. All without the side effects of caffeine. It does contain theacrine which is related to caffeine, but theacrine tends to be more gentle to the central nervous system and depending on which studies you read, may even give a sense of calm. Though this mix will likely effect everybody differently, we’d say it enhanced focus and productivity about 20% and creativity about 5-10%. Though we’re pretty creative without it, so you may see more of an improvement. This drink mix works good as a pre-workout drink, and would also work well for a pre-work drink,.. or as needed to give a little lift after lunch. In that regards we’d say it’s performance is on par with coffee or a Red Bull. Unlike caffeinated products however, there was no jitters, shakiness or let down crash. The drink is well powdered and micronized. It dissolves and mixes easily into your meal replacement, or by itself in water. Taken by itself with 8 oz of water, it tastes like a Country Time lemonade. It’s a little on the tart side, but the natural, no calorie sweetener does a good job of sweetening it. As far as the cost comparison from its nearest caffeinated competition,.. this mix comes in at 2 dollars a serving. Depending where you get your latte’s, you’re looking at 3-7 dollars. With most energy drinks hovering between 3-5. So it’s priced competitively for every day use. If you still want to caffeine it up, most studies are supportive of combining theacrine with caffeine,.. but if you’re trying to kick the caffeine habit, this would be an excellent replacement for you, too. No drink is going to replace lack of sleep, but this one does a good job of delivering a little extra pep, with zero calories and few if any side effects. The taste is pretty good too. (If you like lemonade,.. we do, so it was just fine for us.) So if you’re looking for something different than caffeine to start your day, or a pre-work out that won’t get your nervous system worked up, give Flow State a try.True: contains no caffeineFALSE: contains no xanthines.Caffeine is not the only xanthine. Theacrine is a xanthine. Following along so far?It is a stimulant but not as 'potent' as caffeine. Xanthines are stimulants. (Not all stimulants are xanthines)I prefer the
