I was unable to get my very hibiscus from Starbucks anymore so I bought this and some hibiscus powder and I will mix it with Baker sugar or I will mix it with Splenda or some other sugar substitute it's fantastic and probably healthierThis is a fine powder with no seeds. Quite flavorful. It works well in baked goods. It doesn't dissolve as readily as something like granulated sugar, but it will dissolve. The bag's closing mechanism is a single resealable strip, which feels pretty flimsy.I would give this product 5 stars but the package zip lock was not fully closed, and raspberry powder was on the outside of the bag when the product arrived. I kept the product because the tear off top was sealed and fully intact, but the zip lock below the tear off seal was not fully closed. Great tasting product, though!I used this making creamed honey. It’s was good. The flavor is not very strong, could be betterThis product is sweetened with maltodextrin, so if you're watching your sugar intake, this might not be the best product for you. I don't understand why maltodextrin was added -- raspberries have a delicious flavor on their own, without processed chemical additives."Organic" can be a misleading label, and doesn't necessarily mean "additive-free."But hey, if you don't care about your sugar/carb intake, the flavor is delicious. As for me, though, I'm moving on!I'm upset that this is passed off as organic and raw and blah blah blah when really it's raspberry powder cut with maltodextrin. Adverse health effects or not, I don't like being misled about the quality or purity of consumable products. If it's cut with maltodextrin, say so! Honestly my fault for not looking harder at the packaging and trying to save money!I used this for making killer raspberry macarons with raspberry filling. Everyone loved them.Arrived broken and stained all other items in the carton. Took awhile to scoop into another container and appears contaminatedHappy with my order !So good on my smoothies.
